A 2018 RISD grad, Erica majored in Film, Animation, and Video. She has worked at well-renowned companies such as Refinery29 and FOX Media. She has also helped make a documentary called "Al Nour" that has won several awards at film festivals as well as been picked up by ShortsTV. The concept of Scars was born after a traumatic season in Erica's life. What she recognizes as a battle she had to go through on her own became a reason for her to reach out to as many other individuals going through something in their own lives to tell them that they are not alone and that they can heal too.
